Program Refund Policy

This is section 4 of our Terms of Participation.

Enrollment in this program is a commitment to your own growth and transformation. I believe in honouring that commitment-both mine to you, and yours to yourself. Because this experience includes immediate access to tools, resources, and coaching, refunds are not offered simply for a change of heart. However, if you fully participate in all aspects of the program, complete the required work, and do not experience the promised results, you may be eligible for a results-based guarantee. To qualify, you must show evidence of your completed work and full participation.

We want you to be satisfied with the Program and to know that we back our system, so we are offering you a 365 day - Double Your Money Guarantee. Our goal is for you to build a profitable business, which is why this Program is designed to make double your Program investment back, or we give you your money back.

To offer such a generous guarantee we have specific terms that must be met and proof that must be provided in order to qualify for a refund. If you do not meet these terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.

To qualify for our guarantee, you must:

• Watch and complete the entire Program and all worksheets;
• Deliver 4 virtual or live presentations within 12 months of joining the Program that includes a direct offer of your service/program to your audience (i.e. the Transform Speech). These may include a live webinar, virtual event, 3-part training series, workshop, or keynote;
• If supplied in the offer, attend at least 50% of any live coaching calls offered; and
• Fail to make at least double your Program investment (USD $3,994) after following and implementing the Program for a year.

If you have done all the above and want to request a refund under this guarantee, you must email the Company at alain@thetribe.rocks within 365 days of your enrollment in the Program and include the following:

• Evidence of all completed Program worksheets;
• Video recordings of each of the 4 virtual or live presentations mentioned above (Slide decks and speech scripts may also be submitted as evidence, but the video recordings are required.);
• Evidence that you had 10 or more people registered to each of the 4 virtual presentations or live presentations mentioned above. Evidence can include a screenshot of the registration list or event number confirmations. Total registrations across the 12 months must exceed 40 people;
• Proof that you asked for help or clarification in the Facebook community or coaching calls at least twice about the challenge you may have been having; and
• Explain why you did not achieve more than double your investment to the value of $3,994 as a direct or indirect result of the Program and why you were not satisfied with the strategies you learned in the Program.

This request must be submitted by 11:59 PM of the 365th day after enrollment. If you do not qualify for our guarantee or do not include the required information listed above within the specified timeframe, your request will not be considered.

After day 365, all payments are non-refundable and fully owed to us.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this guarantee, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund through this guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you under these Terms. You agree to immediately cease using the Program and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

Please do not enroll in the Program if you just want to "check it out." We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into the Program, and we expect you to do the same. TRANSFORM Speaking Academy is for serious students only. Because Company has expended significant resources developing and implementing the Services, Client agrees to take no action with respect to a third-party that directly or indirectly prevents Company from receiving or retaining the fees. In the event of breach of the foregoing, and in addition to all other rights and remedies, Client agrees that liquidated damages in the amount of $1500.00 shall be immediately payable by Client to Company as compensation for Company’s losses and damages resulting from such breach and Client agrees that this sum is not a penalty and is a reasonable estimate of Company’s additional losses and damages resulting from such breach.
